I've seen several threads on this but I haven't seen a solution in any of them. I recently purchaseda CPO 2018 GLC43 with COMAND. I've had it for not even a month and my Sirius presets already disappeared 5 times. Each time they have to be reprogrammed. It's annoying to have to set 25 presets each time and I've never experienced it with any other manufacturer. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Are you in a trial, and is the trial still active? If it's a CPO you should get a trial of at least 3 months.FWIW, I've seen the presets disappear on multiple Mercedes vehicles over the years when the trial expired.

I would call SiriusXM first and ask them to check the status of the subscription (and confirm when it was activated and when it ends). Explain what happened, and see if they can explain why this is happening. I don't hold out much hope on this, but the MB dealers don't really have much background knowledge on SiriusXM (other than to activate it and tell you it's all set up).

I'm still in the 3 month trial. I'll call Sirius tomorrow to see if they have any answers.If not, I'll make an appointment at the dealer.

Has this issue been solved? It's happening in my 2019 GLC300.

It was finally fixed by changing the battery. Dealer diagnosed it as the problem. Hasn't happened since.

In my case,it seems like every time they update channels ,they subtract 4 or 5 presets.No big deal,just reprogram them again.

That's weird that Tony says his issue is fixed. I'm sure he's gone through some channel updates.
