Send address to car through mercedes me app not working any more
Hello!
I’ve always used the mercedes me app to send an added to the navigation of the car but now it doesn’t
work any more.. it says it’s not active in the car and that i should activate it in the multimedia system of the car.
I’ve tried everything.. reinstalled everything but it does not seem to fix the problem.
It looks like it doesn't recognize the address you entered, so maybe it decided not to send a wrong address?
Try the address it recognized, as shown, and see it it sends that.

It recognizes the address. I tried several addresses but it appears the same problem all the time.
Could be a market specific issue. FWIW, it works fine here, not that I could drive all the way to Portugal . I'm not entirely sure what service it's tied to, but make sure all the navigation etc. services are activated in the app for your car.
