Bluetooth Audio not playing from few applications.

Bluetooth Audio not playing from few applications.
My 2017 GLC 300 doesn't play audio from certain applications via bluetooth. It works fine with youtube and spotify but, it won't play audio from instagram or tiktok.
If I open tiktok or instagram while playing spotify audio in the background then I can hear the audio. Initially i thought there is something wrong with my phone , but recently i got new iphone and the issue still exists.
I google this issue with no luck . Am I missing any setting on my car ? Is this unique to my car. ?
