Service Overdue warning

I've been doing my own(having it done)service with this car since I a got it. Always able to reset the service date using the OK button and the Phone button on the
steering wheel to enter the menu to do a reset. Now, that trick won't work. Tried every combination of pressing the buttons, key positions and still no luck.
I did have one of the "B" services done just over a year ago when I was having some warranty work done. Did they install new software during that service that
prevents owner resets?
Maybe there's a new trick to get you into the service menu, but I can't find anything on the web about it.
