Your GLC 300 has an oil drain plug at the bottom of the engine oil pan. When it's time for service (if you DIY) your local dealership will know exactly what you mean when you say "I need a 270 and a large crush washer." That will cover your filter and drain plug washer. For oil make sure it meets MB 229.52 specs and you'll be OK.
You do NOT have an engine oil dipstick. The engine oil level must be displayed in the workshop menu. The system is incredibly **** about levels and during a service the fill level must not deviate by more than +/- 0.2L or it will display a warning message shortly after completion.
