Hermes mutes audio amplifier

Hermes mutes audio amplifier
Hey,
My audio devices (radio, CD-player, bluetooth etc.) are not working on my 2017 GLC 350e. Hermes module gives constant mute command to audio amplifier. An attempt has been made to reset this command, but it does not turn off. I've also tried to reset the operating system multiple times, but sound never came back.
I have Burmester sound system in my car, I've checkded the amplifier if it had some water damage, and it had no visible damage. I reconnected the connectors to audio amplifier and it did not have any effect. I've checked all fuses that affect even remotely to audio and Hermes module and all are OK.
Hermes module itself seems to be working fine since I can connect my phone to my car and have remote access to my car by turning on the air conditioning using Mercedes Me application.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how can I fix this?
