Service maintenance package
Hi,
I bought GLC300 2020 from Oregon. Vehicle completed Service A, paid for it. Now would like to get the Service B A B package, but dealer mentioned I cannot take it because that should be done only at time of vehicle purchase. Did I miss the timeline to take the service package?
I did contact Austin dealer based on suggestions here, they mentioned I have to come in person to discuss about it, cannot do it online/phone
Any suggestions?

I have bought subsequent service packages after the initial A B A. I had read somewhere that 9 years after in service date or something like that you can no longer buy the packages, Last time i bought a package i was also able to pre-buy transmission service which went with one of the visits and then a I believe a transmission flush that went with another.

I have to drive in to get the prepaid maintenance quotes from my nearby dealers. Out-of-state dealers cannot provide me quotes over call, I have to be in person.
So here are the PPM options I have,

- MB dealer A: 3yrs - $2150/-
- MB dealer B: 3yrs - $2800/-, 4yrs-$3400/-
- MB dealer C: 3yrs - $2250/-, 2yrs - $1750/-; Additional suggestions from dealer on warranty- 75K-$4100, 100K-$4711
