It was all fine until it wasn’t. I drive the car in the morning I get to work and when I was going back home I noticed that my button on the steering wheel were not working. What to do? Do you think I need to replace them?

most likely have a bad module inside the wheel; way more common for that to be an issue instead of the buttons.
both sides dont just break at the same time. usually with a button issue one button in the assembly will crap out.
