AirMatic - Stuck in raised position. Malfunction! Help
In much need of a Airmatic wizard here!!
I have a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLC AMG 43 (x253).
About 6 months ago I started getting a Suspension "Malfunction - See owners manual" message on my dash.
The ride height was normal but wouldn't lower in sport settings.
It would show up when I reached a cruising speed of around 55mph.
Naturally I started looking into my suspension to see the cause.
Iv pulled every fuse, unplugged the battery and removed relays.
I made the mistake and lifted the trunk height.
So now the ride height is all the way up and jacked up even higher in the back.
The Airmatic will not release the air out of the bags. Stuck on high!
I had it scanned and I received 3 codes:
1. C155664 - The Compressed Air Sensor For System pressure has a malfunction. there is an implausible signal.
2. C157300 - The Correction time when emptying is too long. there is a general failure.
3. C220C04 - There is an internal fault in control unit suspension. there is a component fault.
Is there a Air pressure sensor for the air system i can replace? or is it part of the compressor?
Is there a release valve or is that part of the compressor also?
Do I need a software update?
Also anyone have a couple good part location maps for my 2017 glc amg 43?
Thank you
