Hello all!

As the title says, I have found me some beautiful wheels that came of a GLE. The specs are

10Jx22"H2
ET50
5x112

Currently it has 295/30R22 tyres, but I believe 265 is much more of a right width (I have 265/35R22 in mind)

The only thing is, I have fitted the wheels and I hit part of the suspension, so the wheels are too wide!

Is there any way I can get these wheels to fit with spacers eg.? I do not want to waste money on new tyres if I can't get the wheels to fit.

I don't know your OEM spec, so I looked for it:

So GLC 9.5" wheels require ET22, so 10" should be around ET15.65 to clear your shocks per spec, so you need to put 35mm spacer and that will be on the aggressive side to clear your fenders... Also your biggest tires show as 255/45ZR20 so 255/35ZR21 is more matching size unless you want to hit your fender or suspension depending on your set up eg changing to a stiffer shocks, etc. You can check:

Thank you so much for the extensive reply @Serhan . By looking at it 10 mm should be enough, but I definitly want to follow the spec on this one. I am afraid 35mm would be way to much and I will look for a trade on some nice 21" models specific for the GLC.

@eddieo45 It is a standard Panamericana replica grill. I really like the looks even though I originally had the diamond grille which also looked very nice! I also choose a different set of wheels 21" AMG style which fit very nicely and I also really like the looks of!
