Help needed: Media display screen black/off and same for Center console lower section
Hi, I have a 2018 GLC300.
The main screen (media display) was black, and all the buttons/light of the the Center console lower section (Dynamic Selection, Eco start/stop, Switch for the multimedia
system etc. ) stopped working.
However others seems fine , air condition still working but I can't see the temperature control on the screen.
I went for an auto car wash earlier today, I did not turn off the engine because the weather is very hot. Everything seemed working when I drove home after wash, then after an hour I left home it still working, but when I parked at a school for an hour and started the car , the screen was black same for the Center console lower section. The car is still driving fine but no audio, no media display, no Eco start/stop or Dynamic select, no backup camera image.
I tried to scan the codes and there were a few of them all pointing to "Communication with control unit "Audio or COMAND" has a malfunction. The message is missing." ,see the screenshots attached below.
Any idea what is going wrong? Help is much appreciated.
