New front rotors and pads installed.
Hello fellows,
I had to replace my front warped rotors at 41K miles. I decided to go with after market.
Original pads were made by Brembo their logo and name on the back of the pads.
So my setup is
Brembo BRB 09D52913 front rotors and AKEBONO EURO ULTRA-PREMIUM pads
AKE EUR1796
Ordered from Napa deliver total $485.20
In case you need to replace pads, it takes like 10 minutes per side, no bracket removal required,
To take caliper off there are two big bolts as usual.
Nothing special and no special tools were needed. All good.
Its been a few weeks and I put 700 miles on it, im happy how brakes works now. Its very nice and smooth. And most important wheel vibration is gone.
What I didn't like the original bolt which hods the rotor didn't fit properly, rotors came with two bolts but they also didn't work too small.
Not a big deal but still, i might source another bolt from hardware store.

Did you do a runout measurement to see how warped it was?
Were you able to feel the warpage before going out of range?

Rotors are still in range and pad like 60% left.
