2020 GLC 220d carplay is not active

I just bought this used 2020 GLC 220d in Europe, I was told it comes with apple carplay, but apparently, it could be added for 400 EURO !!
I saw many videos of people using an OBD dongle to activate it to older models..

Does anyone know if it's possible to Activate Apple Carplay via some sort of programming for my 2020 model?
