Advice is required
Hello everyone,
I'm hoping you can help me diagnose and fix an issue with my 2019 Mercedes GLK 350 E (American market model, hybrid).
While driving, I suddenly received an error message on the dashboard stating "The charging cable is connected." However, the charging cable is not actually connected to the car.
I am currently in Georgia (country), and unfortunately, the local Mercedes service is unable to assist me because they don't have the diagnostic tools for American market models.
I would be very grateful for any advice or suggestions on how to troubleshoot and fix this problem.
