GLC 300 2016 Infotainment Sound and Backup Camera Not Working
Hey,
My car battery recently died and after jumping the car my infotainment system looks slightly different, I’m not getting any sound on the radio/aux and when I put the car in reverse the backup camera doesn’t come up. I took it to Mercedes and they quoted me $5,100 to replace it. Has anyone had a similar issue and what did you do / pay to get it repaired.
Mercedes Tech: “The head unit / Command lost all of its coding and now it thinks that it doesn’t have a sound system or a backup camera. It needs to be replaced”
