The first shoe drops
This morning we got in our 2020 GLC300 with 56,633 miles and the engine started immediately with a "hard miss" and a CEL Drove it a mile and the missfire didn't go away. Parked it at home and waiting for the tow truck to take it 70 miles to the dealer. Drove it last week with nothing wrong.

Turned out to be a loose breather tube. The breather hose was allowing a vacuum leak causing the CEL. The mechanic reseated the hose/tube and everything is now fine. Dealer threw in a re-certification inspection and an amazing detailing job. Free tow and offer of free transportation costing up to $500 to carry me to the dealer. No mention was made of whether dealer comped all because less than two years since I bought the car or if it was covered by my extended warranty. Whatever, Chapman Mercedes-Benz of Tucson, AZ did a great job and I am glad to do business with them.
