Can I replace the front star with an illuminated star on my new GLC 300 2023, by looking at the original star, there seems to be little red lines within, is it possible these lines are meant to work as front sensors?

I will not be replacing my grill emblem with LED one, its actually an emblem which has distronic (which means don't touch)
