Help Identifying Source of Loud Fan Noise

I've owned a 2019 GLC for the last two years. Today, when I started the car, there was a very loud fan sound. I called the dealership and was told it was "likely" nothing to worry about but that their first appt was three weeks out. The noise only happens once the car is started and stops after the ignition is turned off. I've turned the ignition on and off several times today and it is consistently happening. In searching the forums, I see some posts about cooling fans but not in a GLC. It's about 30 degrees Fahrenheit outside and the car is not registering as hot. No engine light or other service indicators are on. This noise hasn't happened in the 2 years I've had the car. Could it be the radiator fan? It is quite loud and sounds like it's coming from the front of the car (under the hood) vs the center console area.

I've included a video. Any thoughts on what it could be or how to fix it?

Couldn’t you open the hood and have a look on the radiator fan and try to identify the source of the sound?
Ignition should be on, so have parking brake engaged and the transmission set to P.
You can clearly have a look on the cooler fan from the backside.
