18 glc300 4matic harmonic noise from rear at 40-65mph

Could the carier bearing or rear guibo cause a roar/hum harmonic noise from rear when driving at 40-65mph?

2016 GLC300 (prev 99 C43 AMG)

Does yours have run flats and if so, how many miles on them? My Pirelli run flats are starting to wear and I've noticed a roar/hum lately. Heard they do this when wearing.

It's possible.
If your shop has "Chassis Ears," they can pinpoint mystery sounds.

Switch rear and front tires to check if it's from tires or others.

Good troubleshooting method but make sure it isn't staggered before doing this though.
