Re-attaching tip for dangling rear parking sensor module?

My wife had a very minor parking lot incident today that barely loosened the left rear bumper parking sensor but left the parking sensor dangling under the bumper.
The sensor still works properly so the module just needs to be re-attached. It's -22 C up here with snow coming so hoping there's a tip for a reasonably painless fix without going to the dealer. With any luck it just came loose and can clip right back in.
Thanks in advance.

After close examination I found the mount for the module had separated from up inside the bumper liner next to the rear corner parking senso. I can't tell if the mounting bracket was attached with a little adhesive or a tiny clip that broke off. It would be nice to know which. For now I've been able to secure it temporarily until I can get in on my hoist when the sports car comes off it in the spring.
