My wife is complaining that the welcome lights on her 2021 don't come on consistently. We've had the car in to the dealer, but they weren't able to replicate the problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Any guidance to cause or cure?

 

Don’t they only work when in the auto mode on the switch.

 

As far as I can tell, everything that should be on, is on.
