I'm planning on getting new tires in the spring. Also considering upgrading from 18" to 19" wheels. Will likely look for a set of used OEM wheels. Anything I need to know? Will any Mercedes wheel work?

Stick to wheels from the W463 chassis for the correct bolt pattern, offset, and hub bore. A 19" wheel from a W463 G63, G550, or GL/GLS will be a direct fit. Avoid wheels from sedans like the E-Class.
Also, you'll need new tire pressure sensors and a full alignment. Make sure the overall tire diameter is very close to your original setup to avoid speedometer errors.
