Oil level indicator

Hi,
We have purchased a 2020 GLC300. I couldn't find an oil dipstick and checked YouTube. Turns out is is digital oil level indicator. BUT the indicator was saying it is unavailable. I figure I am doing something wrong. I really want check the oil and need some help.

If you are checking thru the driver's steering wheel controls, the vehicle must be warmed up and level so drive the vehicle.

2017 & 2022 GLC 300 4Matic

2020~2022 glc300 M264 engine have NO dipstick for the oil level checkup and the oil extract tube.

Instead, dash display menu, oil level can be seen at menu:

1. Service. As Image.
&
2. Workshop. As Text.

- Here's i drained the hot engine oil for enough time, 15+ minutes. Then added new oil, 6.5 liter.
- my OCI is 3k~4k miles (5k~6k km). 5w40.
- Oil level measure conditions, hood closed, oil is warm (engine idle 10+ minutes)
