2020 GLC 300 4MATIC — Auxiliary / Fog Light Add-On?
Has anyone installed auxiliary driving lights or fog lights on a 2020 GLC 300 4MATIC?
I’m considering adding additional forward lighting for better visibility (fog / dark rural roads), and I’m curious:
• What setup did you use (OEM-style, aftermarket, etc.)?
• Where did you mount them (lower grille, behind grille, bumper, etc.)?
• How did you wire them — factory integration or separate switch?
• Any photos or lessons learned?
Trying to keep it clean and close to factory-looking if possible. Thanks in advance.

OK, there's been about 121 views on this post but no replies LOL. So does that mean no one has added auxiliary fog lamps - Or - is there an issue with the post? Originally Posted by SuperTuscan

Apparently nobody has experience with auxiliary fog lights.
If you have intelligent lighting package, and you select Fog, the L.R. taillight gets much brighter, but more to your point, the headlights control their beams to reduce glare/reflection.

Thanks @mikapen , I'm surprised no one has added extra highway or off-road driving lamps, (e.g. Hella, CIBIE and the like) to these cars. It would seem the lower plastic section could be removed or artfully cut out to house a lamp there. Originally Posted by mikapen

It sounds more like an Overlander mod. Originally Posted by SuperTuscan

Maybe you can find an Overlander forum that addresses Aux lighting.
