I am going to attempt to swap out my #2 injector because the dealer wanted 3,600. Has anyone done this job and where did you purchase your drift tool and injector seal tool? I saw few places online ranging in prices from $200-$600. The drift tool part number is 278589011503.

I haven't done the injector replacement yet, but I am just considering all 4 injectors replacement, because I suspect my weekly P2187 (lean at idle) code might be from an injector.

4 injectors are pretty cheap at Ali. C$170.=U$120.

Injectors with the fuel rail are easily lifted up by hands as youtube video.

For just replace the injectors, you probably don't need the drift tool, Unless the orings at the fuel rail inside are bad.

Xentry diag tool software is needed to input those each injectors ( factory printed code ) into car ecu for the fine fuel amount adjustment.
