I found the dashcam and 360 backup camera didn't work today and my gas was low with the warning. Backup camera does not show up in reverse. There's no response when I press the parking button as well. After I filled the gas to full, the cameras worked again.
Is it designed to be like this?

I encountered the exact same behavior with 2-3 start/stops in a row. My fuel level was just fine. I haven’t noticed it when low on fuel. You may have run into one of many erratic behaviors.
