Burmester Personnel Sound Profile
I wanted to make changes to my personnel sound profile and now I am unable to complete the setup. There is no volume on the instruments that are showing and when it gets to the drum you can no longer continue the setup. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Update to issue
My GLC300 has been at the dealer 12 days now. They have replaced the Mbux control unit and updated numerous modules. They have been working with someone overseas but have not had any success yet. They have now asked for permission to download all the data off the vehicle and are going to try and rewrite some software. It is the first they have seen this on any vehicle so they say.

Tuesday will be 4 weeks they have had my car for this problem. Dealer says they are waiting for Mercedes to rewrite some software. They also state this is probably a common occurrence that is not an issue because no one uses the Burmester Personnel Sound Profile? Does anyone use it?

Finally received an update from the dealer. Mercedes is sending a new power amplifier. Scheduled for install Wednesday. Hopefully this is the fix. (Finally fixed. It was the power amplifier.)
