This is the second time I am experiencing this but the screen just glitches out, still responds to touch and the infotainment still functions but looks like a cathode ray oscilloscope. Pictures attached.

I've heard about this with the 2023 model and was told through service at my dealership this can be fixed through a software update. How long did you have it before you began experiencing the issue? Has the dealer confirmed this is rectified through a software update?
Mine does this too. if you hold down that power button, it "fixes" it, but is still annoying as hell. I have taken it to the dealership, but it still does it occasionally. Sadly, this is the least of the problems I have with this POS car, as I have the won't start issue as well, and they have been trying to fix my car since APRIL. It has been back and forth to the dealership so many times, I have lost count. Mercedes is fighting me tooth and nail to prevent a buyback as well. I have a lawyer, but it has been a sloooooow process. they tried to offer me $3000 (which is less than they initially offered) to keep the car "as-is." i would tell them to go **** themselves, but I don't think that will help me get resolution any faster. I am now going for a full buyback as I do not trust Mercedes one bit and will never buy from them again.
Known issue, there is an update to the central display that fully resolves it. Reference topic #LI82.85-P-074738.
sorry, but it does not "fully" resolve this. I had this update done, and it has done it twice since. Some of the kool-aid you guys drink here is unreal. Pour me some of that ****, please!
Just like the thread where your brand new car leaves you stranded and people here call it a "kink." Some of you are really something else.... No wonder Mercedes doesn't give a crap about reliability anymore.
