GLC Class (X254) Produced 2023+

Dropped my new GLC to service and they returned it sounding like this. Help!

Dropped my new GLC to service and they returned it sounding like this. Help!
Hello guys,

I just picked up my GLC 300 de 4 matic from service due to a loss of coolant which they fixed saying it was a cracked pipe.

And I realized the car is now making some loud screeching sounds on braking while manoeuvring as well as when turning full lock

I must also add I saw the girl at the service centre manoeuvring the car really really aggressively, I wonder if she’s at fault as the car wasn’t sounding like this yesterday when I dropped it off.

what could it be? Is it brakes or suspension related, please help!
