Real world MPG

I’m usually a bit skeptical about the MPG ratings posted on the window sticker, but I’m
happy to see that my 2024 GLC300 is meeting or exceeding the ratings. Hit 36.9 MPG
today on a 110 mile round trip that included 4 miles of city driving. Highway speeds
varied between 55 and 70 on coast highway 1 plus a few miles of 25 to 35 MPH in the
curves and switchbacks. 😀

Interesting that there 69 views and no responses. I take that to mean most GLC300 owners
aren’t too concerned with MPG. 🤔

I just got mine. After averaging 16 with my '17 GLS550, anything is an improvement.

2024 GLC 300 Coupe, sold: 2014 BMW 335i xDrive 6 speed manual
I’ve had my new 2024 GLC 300 Coupe since the middle of May, and I’ve been really impressed with the mileage. I did a data reset for a recent 5 day vacation and got 30.7 mpg over the whole trip. I always drive without the start/stop nonsense, except when I forget. In which case I’m reminded after a couple hesitant starts. My 10 year old BMW 335i had the ability to turn that off, one of the things I wish this car had. But that’s really easy to put up with given everything else I love about this car. I’ve driven over 2300 miles so far and it’s been a complete joy. From the Mercedes Me app:

You might be right. Unfortunately I didn’t take a screenshot but a few days before you posted I took a 35 mile turnpike trip and got 33mpg. Had about a 2 mile construction stop/go. 99% of my driving is short around town top speed is 45 mph average 17 mph. Have 7600miles on the car with overall 21.3 mpg

My Mileage

I see over 36 MPG on the highway and 28 MPG around town.
That is running in Comfort Mode with the Stop/Start on.
