QUESTION: callers sound low and muffled but music from phone is fine. See images
- For 2024 GLC Coupe 300
- whether inbound or outbound, caller sounds low and muffled (kind of like Charlie Brown's teacher). music from phone is normal
- ¡ can't find info in manual about the microphone icons (3 pictured above). When I tap the icons nothing changes; caller still muffled and icons don’t change
- callers CAN hear me fine
- is this a Benz software issue or is it a me issue (it just started this morning, I swear I don't change any settings anything, just answered the phone).
- advice and insights welcome.
