Hi
Recently i bought Mercedes GLC coupe 300 de 4matic
from day one we have glitching on monitor and restart.
the service team has done software update and also they find out the head up camera which is for line assist and auto park has issues and need to be replaced.
the delivery time for these parts are 2 month in Austria and i got the car back with deactivate of this option.
again the display restarts frequently.
I send report to Mercedes headquarter but they are too slow.
first question is :is this problem is common in all Mercedes GLC 2024?
second :i believe they have to change my display and chip set or any power supply,because i believe this is relevant to heat or unstable power to monitor.and how can i force them?
realy frustrating from slow and i like to solve this issue in one step.
i appreciate if you share your experience and give me some tips.
