GLC 43 AMG - Passenger car?

GLC 43 AMG - Passenger car?
All,
Quick question as it relates to the GLC 43 AMG. I read online that due to the height being slightly lowered versus the GLC 300, it is technically considered a station wagon and that is why the car does not come with standard darker tinting on rear doors and rear window.
NY state prohibits tinting <70 if the car is considered a “passenger car” on the Federal ID label on the left front door panel.
Does anyone know what that label lists - passenger car or SUV by chance?
Also for the tinting experts - the base window I believe is already ~70% minimum so if I put ~80 tint on top of that does that de facto mean I will be down to about ~56% of visible light transmission?
