Hi I recently bought a 2025 GLC 350e for my wife. She doesn’t drive far for work so we only using the level 1 provided with the car ( Webasto Charger). It was charging fine but now it’s stopped at 30% and not charging anymore. The charging on the speedometer reads charging paused, the charging plugin light went from green to yellow. In the car and MMC app we put it on 100% charge. Any help on what’s causing it ?

Yellow light means the charging is paused. Check the MB mobile app or the MBUX if there is a charing pause set. I am trying to use it to charge over night when the electricity is less expensive, but it keeps reseting itself, because of this my car did not charge twice. Has anyone else experienced the charing pause changing the times and enabling/disabling on its own?
