I have a fully loaded 2025 GLC with the Pinnacle package, which gives you all the whistles and bells within the entertainment screen, however for the life of me, I do not have the Online Music, nor for whatever reason can get to it in the MB app store. I went to the dealership, and they had no clue as to how to get it or find out why I do not have it. I also do not have the full Sound Experience either, from what I read I should. I am curious if anyone else had this issue and fixed it and how....or can tell me why perhaps I do not have the ability to download any of it. I did pay for the full Navigation package and everything that comes with it, so I am a bit confused. I have the full Burmeister stereo as well. I am in the States here, so I am not sure if some of this is region specific perhaps?
I purchased all the digital extras...there was some special when I bought the GLC for $115 for a year. I think the apps digital extra and enough data package were necessary. Did you add any of these after purchase? They are reachable from the phone application.
Open the Mercedes app, click on the small car Icon in the upper left, go to ‘Manage Digital Extras’. Here you can see all the digital extras on your car and which ones are activated. I’m assuming the extras you have paid for are activated. Under MBUX Infotainment, you will see a full list of the related extras and which ones are available for purchase. This is true for all categories on the Digital Extras page. Tap on an extra you want to purchase and you will be taken to the Mercedes Store web page. Sign in to your account on the upper right. Now that you’re signed in, there are two tabs - Available Products and Your Products. This is specific to your vehicle. On the Available Products tab is Mercedes Benz Connect and a statement of how many extras are available to you in that package. Mine says ‘Includes 27/32 Digital Extras’. If you tap on that statement you’ll get a pop up that says some extras will not be available due to your vehicle’s factory build. Online Music is a part of the Mercedes Benz Connect package. For me, in my personal MB store account, Online Music and a few other extras are not available for purchase. My 2025 GLC 350e is also fully loaded. I believe it might go back to that pop up about factory build.
Things change in a year so this may not help. Here are screen shots of what CZ.in GA is referring to for my 2024. On my window sticker under Comfort an Convenience it mentions Mercedes Me connect service with trial period, subscription required afterwards. As I'm less than year now, the services are still active. Here's how I get to Spotify or Internet radio. The point being I didn't pay anything at time of sale to have these features available.

Contact Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance to verify your vehicle’s configuration and software activation. Make sure your MBUX system is fully updated and check your Mercedes me app for any required subscriptions or activations.
