Abdroid Auto Music Problem
I usually listen to music off my USB Drive. But when I start the car, as soon as my phone connects Android Auto, it changes the music to the music on my phone. So, then I have to manually reselect the USB music. It's a real pain. Is there any way I can stop this from happening?

Thanks, but none of that really works for me. I have 800 music videos that I watch/listen to. I know that when the car is out of P, the video goes away, but I still listen to the music. It's funny how my 2015 C-Class does everything I need so easily. I can watch/listen to the music videos any time I want. It's easy to set that up. I have two USB ports and one SD Card slot. I use all of them, and it is very easy to select which one to play from with the steering wheel controls. And the car remembers what I was using, so on the next start it just continues. So, I guess if I want a good audio/video experience I will just have to drive my 10-year-old car...BTW, at least this car reads .m3u8 playlist files that I export from iTunes.

Thank you so much for that info. It works like a charm! I looked for that setting on the Android Auto car screen, but I could not find it. I never thought about looking on the phone. BTW, it is really hard to find. It's not a separate app, it's listed under Settings-Apps. Thanks again! This was really bugging me every time I started the car.
