HI all, new user. I purchased a kit to replace the vent lighting. Brought it in to have them installed. They had no problem installing them, but they will not change color. They are stuck on white. They don't want to void the warranty on the car so they won't cut or do anything like that. Does anyone have any ideas? I purchased the kit from Amazon and they went in easy enough. Now I'm stuck.

sounds like it is not connected correctly I did mine on my 2023 and it connects under the glove box to the ambient light in the footwell

I installed the kit on my 2024 GLC. Assuming you vehicle came from the factory with 64-color ambient lighting, you should be fine. Sounds like they must have connected something incorrectly.
