GLC 300 SUV
Took it in yesterday, they tested it said it was good, the problem my garage is to hot and it is shutting off because of over heating. I live in south Florida , if it's 98 degrees outside it's at. least that inside the garage. They suggested I put a fan to keep airflow around the charger. I can't be the only one having this issue. Mercedes needs to issue chargers that can handle all temperatures.

I hope we don’t have the same problem. I live in the Indianapolis area and it gets very hot in my garage in spite of a huge fan sucking air up into the attic. I haven’t even taken delivery of my plug-in hybrid Mercedes. We ordered it last night from a dealership 90 miles away. We’re replacing a Hyundai Ioniq 5 electric vehicle, and never seem to have any problem with an overheating charging cable or adapter there. Level 1 charging that car was pretty frustrating. It would take several days to get a reasonable battery percentage charged.
