New GLC350e not charging?
Hello, recently purchased my glc350e, been using hybrid mode primarily to see how much I can drive before the battery gets depleted. Anyways, it’s time to the charge the car at home and I’ve ran into an issue. I plug the vehicle into a 120v socket and it’s begins to charge then immediately says charging interrupted. I know there isn’t an issue with the socket because I’ve used it to charge my Tesla. I’ve plugged the cables back in several times and no luck. The Mercedes adapter is showing an orange light. Any idea?

If mods can delete this thread, I figured out the issue, the port wasn’t connected all the way in on the box
