2018-2019 GLC350e Haptic Acceleration Pedal
Hello,
I have been interested in purchasing a 2018 or 2019 GLC350E and I have noticed during test drives a slight vibration in the gas pedal which I assume is the haptic gas pedal. It occurs even when I barely tapped the pedal as well.
Can anybody who has driven these confirm that this feedback is normal and if there is any way to turn this feature off? I could not find it in the manual nor in the vehicle settings.

I test drove 2 models at different dealerships and both had this issue. Settings were in hybrid and comfort mode. I never went past 40-50 mph so maybe the ICE never kicked in?

I've not driven the X253 so maybe that is a quirk. Usually there is some extra resistance before activating the engine in electric mode....whether that would seem scratchy or not maybe is subjective.
