I have a GLC 220d X254, being a Mild Hybrid has two batteries, the first 12V at rest supplies power to all electronic equipment in charge of security and connection to the world through Mercedes Me app, and something else(?)
The other is a 48V battery in charge of the propulsion of the 16Hp electric motor, which charges when braking or reducing speed
As far as I know, the status of both batteries is not available to the user
Is there any way to know?
for me it's important since the car is not used much
Ah Palermo. For us here in the USA, we can check the status of the 12v battery, but it only shows if it is ok or not. In the app, click on Service, and this list is in there.

You can access the workshop menu in the vehicle which will show you the voltage and amperage for both batteries. Search w206 workshop menu online to see the button combination. If the 12v battery becomes discharged, the app will warn you and tell you to turn the car on to charge the battery.
