It's not (only) the tariffs. This was the case in 2024 also.
They cost less in Canada than in Germany too. I think it's marketing realities: Canadian incomes are not as high as US incomes. So M-B makes adjustments.
The equipment is different here too. They don't sell the RWD version of any vehicle in Canada; our GLCs have heated steering wheels, M-B star projector entry lights and a few other things included in the base price.

GLC 350E 2025
Does anyone know if electric mode becomes available if let's say you ran out of gas? It's been very cold in Southern Ontario lately and my electric mode has not been available over the past few days. Was curious what happens if I were to run out of gas but still have over half a charge left.
Not sure how healthy it would be to run the car on EL for an extended time though.
