Map Update

Maps can be updated from a USB stick and this can be written on MB Me website or from DLM ( DownLoad Manager).
The Mbux and Telematics Software/firmware Update can be made OTA ( Over The Air) from Mbux Update menu or directly to any dealership over the Xentry System

For what it's worth, OTA map updates have never once worked for me in 5 years. Neither my 2022 or 2025 have ever received an OTA map update for my most-driven in region as MB claims. I've always had to do manual updates and there's at least four released every year. Not too bad IMO, at least we have the online self-service and don't have to deal with overpriced SD cards or dealer visits. Definitely disappointing though, another software feature that is falsely advertised...

I have a 2023 GLC 300... what is the most current North America Navigation Data Base?
Is it 2025 (V14.0) ?
Thanks

1 - Europe: V26.0, February 2026
2 - North America: V25.0, December 2025
3 - Africa/Middle East: V14.0, August 2025
Mercedes ships one about every 6 months. Europe usually first.
You install through a USB stick. Format NTFS, copy the update from DLM, plug into the car, then Settings > System > Software Update.
Here is a guide below:

The current North America database is V27.0 and is 29.75 GB.
The manual installation into the vehicle (from a USB) took 30-35 minutes.
