Ive had my coupe for 3 weeks now absolutely love it. We were going away for a few days and normally we have 6-8 garments we hang in the back on the overhead hand pull and much to my surprise i reach my hand up and none. I have not owned a 4 door car in the Last 25+ years that did not have some kind of garment hooks in the rear!!
Do you have the hand holds in the back because just under them is where the garment hooks are in my car. If you don’t have them it is probably because you have the coupe.
While the GLC Coupe isn't really a coupe, a proper coupe has 2 doors, it has the coupe like lower sleek roofline. Coupes generally don't have grab handles. That's due to the lower roof line limiting overhead space and the handles interfering with the side-curtain airbags as a result of the limited head clearance. Garment hooks can sometimes be found even in coupes, as they take up less space than complete handles, but it's not guaranteed. My C63S Coupe for example has garment hooks in the rear. They are not very useful, though, as there is limited space to properly hang anything.
