GLC Audio/Burmester Sound Profile resetting
Hi. I have a 2026 and I have a 3D sound profile set up. In the section where it has the 4 quadrants and you slide it around to your preference, that part often resets to baseline/middle. Sometimes it goes days and works great at each start up, then other times it forgets my setting/resets 2x a day. Anyone else have that issue?
I'm talking about where you go through the questionnaire and set the sounds the way you like and at the last part you can fine-tune it using the quadrant area. That resets to factory settings. Thanks. My SW appears up to date and I did a OTA update just last week for something else (whatever it needed, it was screen-related I think).

I don't have anything useful to add, but may be user profiles might have something to do with it? Are you using the same key fob, or user profile etc? I am the only driver on ours so far so I haven't really messed with user profiles yet other pairing alone keyfob to me.

Same key, same user profile. And actually trying experiment with "guest" or non-signed in user too. Works the same. It stays in memory sometimes, then other times not. Weird.
