MB Winter Wheel/Tire Recommendations
Since it's that time of year, here's some MB recommended winter wheel/tire setups for our vehicle. The tires for the GLC43/63 can be found on page 16/17 of 19 of the tire pdf attachment. The second pdf attachment (starts AMG) is in German, but page 4 of 5 shows the wheels and I think that's what they are "recommending", but can't read German, so... Good info, nonetheless.
Adding what I think is a Canadian accessory link that provides some good info on wheels for the GLC, GLC43/63 with part numbers. Haven't seen a US version that is as good/detailed as this.

winter Tire recommendation
Hi Folks, hope everybody is doing well. I just got my new 2018 Mercedes AMG GLC63S Edition 1. I realize my car has 21” Summer Tires and I’m looking for winter tires for it. I live in the NorthEast (MA) so having good quality winter tires is important for me. Do you folks have any suggestions? Thanks

I went with a 20 in staggered set up. Michelin Alpin 5, which is the Mercedes recommended spec, 265/45/20 & 295/40/20. There are a few wheel options out there. I went with HRE. They have a fitment for the GLC63 S. You could check with Vossen, Zito, Avant Garde and a few other wheel options posted on the forum.

There are few winter tire options in general, but more at 20 than 21. I would recommend dedicated winter wheels and tires. I went with 20 inch HRE wheels, quality brand. You might want to search the forum as other wheel mfrs have posted options as well.

I live in Upsate NY. Just order these in 19x8.5 with 25 Offset for my 63 SUV with 235/55-19 Blizzak DM-V2 square setup. Manufacturer said they would not fit but the local dealer and I were confident that they were just basing that on our model not being listed in their literature. We ordered one wheel to test and it fits fine and looks just like my stock 21".

Just mounted today. I got 12mm spacer front and 20mm rear which puts the wheels 4mm wider than stock. Just mounted them this afternoon and everything works great. There are probably better handling snow tires than the Blizzaks as they feel sloppy on dry pavement but I love them in the snow.

Nice I see all your Winter Boots in the garage ! I take it you have after market rubber stem tpms sensors? The tires look pretty awesome. You will have to let us know how they are.

Yes, winter boots out and ready and on the car too . I believe the TPMS are aftermarket. Ordered them through Wheel Boutique. Snow projected next Monday, so I’ll know first hand how the Michelin winters perform.

I don’t know if the Vorsteiners are heavier than the MB OEM forged rims or if the Pilot Alpins are heavier than the Pilot Sports, but the set up feels heavier. Could be also that these tires are much better suited for below 45 degrees unlike the Pilot Sports. The set up feels solid, looks great. No complaints but I notice the difference.

Which size width wheels are these 107's?
I was looking at the ff102, but they were unsure if they would clear the brakes and recommend these. Im assuming they clear the bbk's?

20 x 9 ET 21 and 20 x 10 ET 15. Back wheel is pushed out slightly more than my 21 OEMs, but still within fender. Looks more flush, which is nice. Good luck.

I did that on my 43, stock size Pirelli winters on the stock 20" rims and will probably go with a 21" for the rest of the year...now to figure out what to get.
