I just installed my lip spoiler today. Looks good though I didn’t exactly place the spoiler evenly in the middle. There’s a few spots where I see gaps. I will take it off and try again when the weather gets warmer. I really need to upgrade the lighting in my garage.

Optional 2 piece under spoiler for the GLC. We have the same option for the 43. We just don’t get the lip spoiler option.

Hi,

Andrew beat me to it. That’s the part number, but the problem is it’s difficult to order if you are in the US. I tried a bunch of dealers and they were not able to order it. It doesn’t even come up in the system as orderable for the parts department as I tried 5 different dealers.

The one one I ordered I bought from Ali Express.

~ i was told the same from my local dealer...the part is unavailable for order at this time.

on another note: i looked into the 63 extended black front wheel well flare. this is a bettter match to the existing 43 rear flare. the current 43 front black flare is flat in design. i like the beefiness of the 63 front flare.

the cost for the set is excessive at $1240 for the plastic trim pair/set... i elected to hold off for the time being. according to the parts manager, these are available for ordering at this time.

part numbers are below:

253-885-50-03 (list $620)
253-885-51-03 (list $620)

Wow, excessive is not the word at $1240 for plastic parts not even painted. I found them for $449 at my site. Try mynewbenzparts.com for ordering OEM parts. Its a NY MB dealer internet parts department that I use when ordering MB parts. I used them for my last two projects and they literally beat the prices of almost every MB OEM site. They also ship super fast.

Looks great! Did you take it off to paint it?

i have gone one step further and ordered the carbon fibre one and not sure how it will need to be fitted up, glue, tape or bolts from underneath?

I ordered a genuine Carbon fibre spoiler for my GLC63S and replaced the factory Polar White one, I also replaced the mirror covers at the same time. The factory spoiler unbolted from the underside and the new one bolted on perfectly.

This leaves me with a Polar White factory spoiler and Night Package black mirror covers spare.

Part Number A2537901800

Part Number A0998109400 / A0998109300
So basically I retrofitted the Carbon Exterior Package EC1.

Looks great! Can you post some more photos of your upgrade from the rear and other angles?

My wife’s 2019 GLC63 just arrived; however, it did not have the CF lip spoiler although it came with the CF mirrors and the CF exterior package (B28) option listed MSRP sticker. And the dealership can’t figure out eitherZ. Any thought?

WTF is going on with the seats in your build.

You paid 2600 to get the leather seats and then additional 2500 to then get the performance seats?
tthat is criminal. I am glad I only wanted the vent seats so mine came to about 3k total.

Although that was not my question/issue, let me give you some insight. The $2600 leather option is for the red/black trim and the performance seat option is for the bucket seats.

Now back to my question. Anyone can help?

I know this thread is pretty old but I was wondering if anyone would have pictures of how the oem spoiler lip attaches. I would rather spend a bit more to get an oem spoler lip that is held in with bolts than get one that is only held on with tape. Trying to see if holes need to be drilled into my 43's oem spoler to bolt the lip on. Also trying to see what hardware is used and would be needed. Thanks in advance.

OE spoiler is held on with tape from factory.

Old post revival! Not sure if you’re on the forum anymore, but can I ask how much did it set you back to buy the parts? I’ve noted that it was a $4500 AUD option at the time. I’m Australia based too and just picked up a 2018 GLC63 SUV and would be keen to retrofit the genuine carbon spoiler and mirror caps. Was the fitment of the parts DIY too?

sorry to dig up an old thread, but I’m trying to source the bolts to fit my genuine 63amg spoiler to my GLC and the EPC doesn’t list them. I can obviously get the correct thread size from the spoiler, but are you able to share what type of bolts are used? A picture of a similar bolt would be amazing Ofcourse.
