Rear cargo lower trunk area
I have an GLC 43 SUV on order and am exploring spare tire options. Does anyone know the L x W X H dimensions for the lower compartment?

LDad, There are several threads about this topic if you do a search. To summarize I had the same dilemma and wound up purchasing the ML spare as stated in several threads and it fits perfectly in the lower compartment, along with the jack and tire iron. Hope this helps.

The salesman sent me a link on e-bay for a GL 63 compact spare complete with a holder, tools and air pump. I want to explore this option so just need to verify the dimensions. I am not familiar with the Benz line so is there more to the "ML" ?

there is an ML link to ebay fro a wheel from the UK that some have said fits neatly in the rear

AJ is correct. The ML was renamed the GLE.
