Hello, I had ordered a GLC 63 with my dealership in Florida on May 23rd this year. The sales representative told me the car would arrive in mid-July, and I had to turn in my current car on June 28th. It has been 3 weeks since the car has been at the VPC (inspection center), and the sales representative says there is nothing he can do from his part. Can I approach him in any way for compensation for leaving me carless for more than a month now and for not giving me the car on time?

I presume you ordered a 2019? I wouldn't think the 2019 models would be released before Q3. Did your dealer make it clear up front that a 2019 model may be delayed in terms of launch?

You can PM me your vin or PO # I can see..if it's a 19 Im thinking you will wait until at LEAST Sept...

I think I'm in the same boat with mine. It was supposed to have arrived at Long Beach VPC on 7/24 and the rep has gone radio silent.

PM me the info (PO on last 7 of vin.. or vehicle specs), I can look it up...

My 1st 19 GLC63 suv arrived at Baltimore on the 20th of July..but I dont expect it to get released to me until Sept (fingers crossed)

Not all dealers are the same..
