MBWorld Fanatic!
I just received mine in the mail today. I'll probably install it tomorrow and see how easily it adjusts.

AK Suspension Control
Anyone have feedback or hear about AK Suspension Control?
Along with a module, it looks like there's an app that allows you to make height adjustments. Much more convenient than plugging, adjusting, unplugging.

There's also YouTube videos but mostly of Audi installs. The app is in German too.
Edit - I'm considering the Amazon module but rather have an adjust on the fly solution (app). Also, I have a 2020 GLC 43 and Amazon module isn't ready I hear....

The Amazon module does the trick and is considerably cheaper than most others. My suggestion wait till the dude comes out with a spec for your MY . Most if not all folks in this thread have used the Amazon module. It is great bang for buck and super easy to use.

Well, they seem to make good stuff and have been around for a long time with MB...kinda like paying a premium for an iPhone. That said, my interactions with RT when trying to buy something a year or so ago, was less than stellar...was not the Premium service for the Premium price. Could have just been the luck (bad) of my draw.

It was a potential customer inquiry issue. Reached out via MBWorld PM to one of their employees on the site here as I had some questions on their GLC43 ECU+ tune. Answered most and we discussed adding "burbles" to the tune. I think we went back and forth 2-3 times total and I even left my contact info and didn't hear much after that. I believe I even called them, as well. No call back and felt like they didn't care if they sold me a $2240 tune or not, so I just dropped it and didn't pursue. I was on the fence anyway, for warranty reasons, but being in sales, you shouldn't let what I would consider a "warm prospect" go like that especially on a premium product/price vs competitors. Just not the best first impression for me, personally.
Again, all that said, they typically have a great reputation from a product standpoint, so I would give them a second chance. Could have been a miscommunication or that employee was leaving, etc.
Post up pics flatsick, if you go with their lowering module. You're 43 looks great as is, but would be a nice little touch being lowered just a bit.
